Explosive training focused on fast break dribbling, finishing with layups, and improving conditioning to move at game speed!
Defend & Dish (Defense, Dribbling, Passing)
A class designed to teach lockdown defense, dribbling under pressure, and making perfect passes to set up teammates!
Games & Scrimmages
Competitive game situations to reinforce defense, rebounding, shooting, transition play, and half-court execution.

Developing team chemistry, defensive intensity, ball movement, and high-IQ play to create winning habits.

Boxing Out: Every player must make contact and secure position.
Outlet pass: Guards must collect from the wings, avoid passing through the middle lane.
Efficient Shooting & Shot Selection
High-Percentage Shots: Prioritize layups, open threes, and in-rhythm mid-range shots.
Catch & Shoot Ability: Multiple knockdown shooters.
Finishing Through Contact: Convert tough layups under pressure.
Fast Break & Transition Play
Quick Outlet Passes: Get the ball up the floor before the defense sets.
Spacing & Lanes: Players must fill the lanes correctly.
